Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days via DHL, unless otherwise noted on the product page. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Important
All provided shipping timeframes are estimates and do not account for delays due to payment verification, stock availability, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other force majeure events.
Domestic shipping (Netherlands)
- Delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- Free shipping on orders over €70. Shipping costs for orders below €70 are clearly indicated at checkout.
International shipping
- Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days after dispatch.
- International shipping rates vary by destination and are displayed during checkout.
Please be aware that international orders may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or collection fees. These extra costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, returning items is simple and straightforward.
Important
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or alterations from their original condition. In these cases, a refund may not be issued, or it may be reduced accordingly. Unaccepted returns may be sent back at the customer's expense.
14 day return & exchange period
- Initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding shipping time).
- To arrange your return, simply purchase a return label and arrange a convenient drop-off or pick-up.
Conditions for returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition—new, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Return items in their original branded packaging, including hang tags, and cards.
